I don't know why someone has to talk about the food in a McDonald and rate the restaurant looking at it. It's a McDonald, food is the same of all the other McDonalds, if you don't like it don't go here! Newly renovated for winter 2018/2019 this place is totally chaos. beautiful new furniture, but the ordering system, eating and service is absolutely terrible. we visited on Thursday at 1030, almost empty in restaurant. Nevertheless, our order lasted 25 minutes and most foods were cold when they arrived. salates lacked cutlery, items were missing from the order and the staff seemed lost as the guests. paper napkins are not available for the guests, and when they go to the counter and for cutlery/ napkins/salt they run around confused on the look for stocks. in short: this was an excellent mcdo (we have been here for over a decade), but now it has turned into the worst mcdo I have seen in western Europe.
Rude and very slow service, none of the items that my man wanted were available. cold hot chocolate and croque monsieur like karton!
Etablissement très sale (poubelles débordantes, détritus jonchants le sol, tables non nettoyées). Les salariés ne portent aucun filet de protection sur les cheveux. Les alarmes sonores des appareils en cuisine ne cessent de sonner et il y a un brouhaha constant (problème de résonance). Temps d'attente interminable alors qu'il n'y a personne. Les commandes sur place sont servies bien longtemps après les commandes à emporter. Les hamburgers sont servis écroulés dans les boîtes. Par contre, les salariés ne sont pas stressés et rigolent bien en cuisine : le client est loin d'être leur priorité.
Comme toujours le drive est je pense le point noir de ce mac do..il manque TOUJOURS quelque chose ou une erreur de commande est faite..le temps d'attente est terriblement long...et les jeunes personnes pas souvent aimables !il faudrait redresser la barre...et il y a pas mal de travail !
Le sol et les tables sont sales. À chaque passage les sandwichs ne sont pas assemblés correctement. Lorsqu'il y a un oubli dans la commande, il ne s'excuse même pas.
