Have great Onion Rings when they don't keep running out. I usually get a large Onion Ring and coke , but drive a few blocks to get burger someplace else. Bread...

I ordered water, was given water with sugar ugh... I couldn't drink it. Was trying to get diabetes down, instead I had a sugar rush

Burger was dry and cold. Fries were cold and limp like a noodle, nasty. It's usually good but today was bad!

They take extremely too long to even take order. Then I order JUST a medium sonic blast and have to press button to get their attention to ask 20 minutes later...

"Casa Ole, what happened to y 'all! Hot sauce isn 't the same, beans, tacos everything has changed! And not for the best! Casa Ole used to be so consistent, now, hit and miss. Sunday night dinner w family, no other restaurants were open. Go back to your original recipes! We dined at the Twin City Groves,Tx location. Service was great, poor guy didn 't have much to work with, out of stock of aLOT of regular items! The Central Mall location is a never again for us."

"I ordered through Doordash and I was disappointed. The gumbo portion size was extremely small for $10. We’ve dined in before and the portion size of the gumbo was much larger, not sure why a to-go order would be different. The rice was uncooked and so hard. My boyfriend ate it but it was inedible to me. The pistolettes were good but I’d say they’re overpriced as well."

"They are super slow in their drive-thru in the mornings. With only 6 cars, you'll still be in line 15 mins. To top it off, their curbside is ALWAYS unavailable to use, to try to bypass the line. They will literally have you late for work, if you weren't. Then when you finally get to the window, the customer service not even worth it. I hate that it's the only CFA in proximity"
