"Casa Ole, what happened to y 'all! Hot sauce isn 't the same, beans, tacos everything has changed! And not for the best! Casa Ole used to be so consistent, now, hit and miss. Sunday night dinner w family, no other restaurants were open. Go back to your original recipes! We dined at the Twin City Groves,Tx location. Service was great, poor guy didn 't have much to work with, out of stock of aLOT of regular items! The Central Mall location is a never again for us."

"Very nice furnishings, workers are very polite and very clean. Food is good, affordable and beautifully prepared. Also Sophie at Groves West Parkway Street site was very polite and patient and took my order and although it was new, everything was very well handled and made for a completely different experience! Very proud of the workers and their efforts!"

"I?m give the company a 5 star food is always good. But the service we experienced on the night of 8/12/2022 was absolutely horrible. Order was very wrong has to go back to get the rest of it and it wasn?t even cooked so I had to wait even longer. When I asked for any compensation for the inconvenience I got a medium Pepsi. I got home and of course I had no sauerkraut on my 2 polish sandwiches I specifically asked for everything and had them read it back to me but yet the order was totally off. When I called to speak to a manager she was rude. Service unacceptable!!!! Company and food when done correctly is good!"

"Bridge city, tx chicken expresswent by the drive thru, so I would probably have expected my order to be wrong. the fish is suspected to come with hush puppies and I ordered a roll on the side, no hush puppies no roll, I also ordered chicken liver, burned over detection, absolutely disgusting. I can't believe that a business will leave this müll out of her window."
