First time we have visited this chain. I have never had a coffee froma chain coffee place that i didnt need to put sugar in to. Most are far too bitter but their coffee was fantastic. Also the mrs loved the white hot chocolate! Really impressed and wished this chain was in scotland! View all feedback.

Usually a great coffee shop to visit…however there is a noticeable drop in standards as two staff are expected to run a service of that size !!! Paper cups for a start…queues that are unacceptable and staff that are stressed out….it will be a while before we visit again. Management need to sort it… a shame to lose a reputation that has taken such hard work to establish. View all feedback.
