What Spiceyrider doesn't like about The Brentwood:
Tables were sticky and filthy. Floor dirty and no sanitizer in dispenser on entry. I was refused entry for my service/medical alert dog even though she wore her service issue jacket. Was made to feel extremely unwelcome. Staff were unhelpful and condescending. Staff showed no regard for social distancing and allowed a number of patrons to be abusive and continue to use foul language toward other patrons. The place is... View all feedback.
Meal was ok unfortunately a group of young girls staying at the hotel were rather worse for wear and were running amok using bad language.
I have stayed at this hotel many times over a period of 5 years or so. The rooms vary greatly, but in general are good value and perfectly user-friendly.
