"I had Rock shrimp, pan fried shrimp and pork dumplings, and Seafood Tom Yum noodle soup. Everything was delicious! The dumplings were piping hot and juicy inside. Shrimp were sweet and the noodle bowl was very spicy (I added hot chili oil) hot and filling. It tasted shrimp, cilantro and tomato forward. Delicious. I would've given 5 stars but I have to try more menu options. Service, atmosphere, and prices were great. Try a Japanese soda. I'll be back soon.... Edit- I had to come back and give them that 5th star. I've been addicted. I probably eat Tom Yum Shrimp noodle soup once a week. It's my absolute favorite!!"

"So I placed a $400 catering order a week in advance. I ordered 20 burritos, and a $50 side of the chips, guac and salsas. For every two burritos ordered, you are also supposed to receive a free bag of chips and salsa (smaller size). That would be TEN small bags of chips and salsa, which I DID NOT RECEIVE. When I called the store location to report this, the restaurant crew does not speak on the phone... please chat with Pepper or call the 800 number. Pepper did not recognize my order number and quit our chat. The woman who finally answered the 800 corporate line called the store and the manager flat out denied that we didn 't receive the 10 smaller bags of chips as she personally packed all chips herself. As if I have time right now to call and make a false complaint against Chipotle for some freaking tortilla chips.... I 've got 20 people to serve for lunch from all around the world and not enough freaking tortilla chips. East Main Chipotle 's customer service is awful. And they have lost our corporate business."
