I guess I don't like Mexican ice cream. The texture is gritty, not smooth, and it's really greasy. We tried four different flavors and they all tasted pretty much the same, kind of like frozen sweetened condensed milk. I would go back and try the street corn because it looked amazing. I did not grow up anywhere where these were popular, but a friend from the city of Chicago who thinks St. Louis/Ballwin is a dinky little city/suburb combo drove by with me and said, Wait?
