I recently visited this location again and it seems to be having issues. I asked for a taco salad in a crispy shell bowl. They told me that they didn't have any of the crispy shells, so I took it in a disposable bowl. When it came to the salad dressing (they only have 2 to pick from) I selected the Ranch dressing and was told that they didn't have any, only the citrus dressing. I went to get a drink.
