What TomMiller likes about Salt:
To be honest, there aren't too many vegan options. I had the roasted cauliflower dish and it was amazing. Probably the best vegan dish I've ever had. My wife who isn't vegan had a Mac and cheese dish which she said was great and the coconut cheesecake brullee which she claimed was the best cheesecake she'd eaten! Great salads and great vegan options. You can also make some options into vegan options by excluding the cheese and meats #Veganuary
