First time at a Jimmy John's. We were the only 2 people in there. Ordered the Vito without tomato, onion and oil and vinegar. What I thought was a simple request was clearly too advanced for the employees of this store. The sandwich might have been ok if there wasn't onion, tomato and oil and vinegar on it. 1 customer and you get their order wrong. View all feedback.

The kids there put the subs together fast with no care. If I go to a take out for a sub, it should be good! It seems like they just wanna get the work over with...
