Had reservation for Mother’s Day but it wasn’t even crowded. Still took an hour for the main meal to come. The first course meal came out after my sons main meal. By the time me and my gfs main meal came out, he was finished with his. Couldn’t believe they served his lunch before even getting our appetizer. The appetizer was just spinach dip and chips. What User doesn't like about Houlihan's Bridgewater:
No help in sight. Waited 30 minutes to order and then waited for beverages. Beverage was watered down. Waited an additional 50 minutes for food. Fries were cold and hard. Waited again for fresh batch. No consideration on the bill. Waitress didn't make eye contact and hung out without checking on us. View all feedback.
Service was back to the old standard--greatly improved recently. They appear to be fully staffed again!
Service was excellent. As well as the food. Not crowded at all.
Sat at the bar with 3 friends and had a great dinner. Did the prix fixed menu and it was fine for the value. Very friendly atmosphere and staff was attentive.
Haft to wait 45 minutes despite reservation. Good and appetizers were cold. Took 40 minutes to get drink which we refused as meal was over.
Went for the $10 special fish n chips and that’s what we got. delicious crispy fish and chips. service was a bit slow not sure why because there weren’t a lot of people there but nevertheless we enjoyed our meal.
