"Great place, great food. One major downfall, (as a Cider drinker), was the one choice of Tasmanian Cider' on tap.... Had no body, floral after-taste and definitely an imposter!"

"We stopped at Scottsdale and thought to eat a coffee and maybe something would be good. The people at the café were so friendly and courteous my Nabebie just wanted some toast. That was not on the menu, but they were really good and did it anyway. Coffee was good and so were the pastries. Very recommended. You did everything right"

"Outstanding course. Given the traffic it gets, the fairways were in great nick (I had no divots to hit out of). Extra 2 holes are awesome too. Greens are great fun to play on. Excellent challenge. Only criticism the course let's too many small groups on the course. The day I played it was really slow and there were 3 or 4 groups of two in a row being held up by a group of four. Why not group them up together into four balls to avoid such frustration?? (It would only take an email and text to online bookings the day before to advise them their tee time has been moved slightly). Overall, very highly recommended."

"Great lunch break. Had the best roasted reubs and chips, with correct, slowly baked corned beef. Tea was served in a porcelain pot - such a find for tea lovers. The staff is simply lovely. In stock on presses, with a wide selection of jams, all produced locally with local products. Clean toilets were also a bonus. Stop!"

"After waiting for an hour and a half, and a gentle reminder from my wife, our lunch finally arrived.....my seafood basket contained calamari that would make wonderful retread for my cars tyres, the scallops (pan fried or hotplated) were burnt and just the right consistency for use as tyre repair plugs...the prawns (also burnt) I could use as a substitute plastic lure for the next 3 months fishing....I didn't ask my family how their meals were, but the amount of food left on the plate suggested they were as good as mine. When I heard my daughter pull starting her knife like a chainsaw, I knew what she was thinking. Will we be back...NO.Lovely staff and cold drinks was the best I can say sadly"

The Tasting Room is a very sophisticated affair with knowledgeable staff able to fill you in on all things vintage sparkling. A most enjoyable experience. Beautiful decor."
