What User likes about Kindling:
Fantastic meal again at Kindling for my wife's birthday. Attentive staff, superb flavour and we can't wait to come back. The only minor criticism was that the Beetroot Gravadlax was a tad salty and in my opinion, the music doesn't quite match the ambience and cuisine style. Overall, one of Brighton's treasures. What User doesn't like about Kindling:
Very limited menu and although I chose well with fish my friend got a plate of raw cauliflower. She hates nuts and 3/4 of menu had nuts. My fish was delicious but expensive and doubt we will return sorry. Service was excellent View all feedback.

You can bring your own drinks. However, a small corkage fee will be charged for it, and you can have a well-chilled beer (local as well as international varieties) drink. Or enjoy a cocktail or even several - regardless if fruity, refreshing, creamy, bitter, with or without alcohol!.
