I love Arby's and always have for the last 40 years. My experience here tonight was rough. The roast beef was cold and the service was poor. One of the cash register ladies was wearing a tight spandex body suit, yes a black spandex suit. They coned off the restrooms so the customers couldn't use them, I'm assuming so they don't have to clean them. I saw employees using the restrooms, both mend and women's, so they're...
