"Not going here at lunch time anymore. I had a 30 minute lunch break so I figured I go here for a smoothie. I order ahead and got there about 10 minutes after ordering. No greeting by any employee and the people in line were standing there for about 30 minutes without getting their orders taken. I waited the full 30 minutes and they told me it was going to be another 30 minutes for my one smoothie. So I had to end up leaving without a smoothie and without a refund since it was an online order. Horrible experience."

"Doug and Angie are the best! They are always super friendly! I have never ever had a bad meal. They will be catering our wedding next year and we are so excited! If anything was ever even questionable They would always go out of their way to make it right. We look forward to whenever they are in town. I highly recommend The Meat Guys"

"When I ask for dark meat chicken I don't mean burnt to a crisp and Impossible to eat it also took a chunk out of my gums so that was unpleasant. I feed most of the chicken to my dog but threw away pretty much 20 dollars. I've eaten here many times but this was a terrible experience ?Food: 2/5"

"We had an unpleasant experience with a waitress on the terrace. we arrived at 18:00 on Tuesday, 9th juni and wanted to sit on the terrace. there were six of us and wanted to sit on a table for four with a parachute, my son in the law got two more chairs from another table and we thought the waitress would have a hit. they said they didn't like it and rolled their eyes. there was hardly anyone on the terrace and they were not happy that we were there we left and ate in another restaurant and the stubborn lost about $100.00 in the store. as the dwellers of brighton and howell we decided not to eat there again. there are many restaurants in brighton and howell that welcome our business."
