Stopped by to pick up a takeaway as my partner had been before and said it was good. We were not disappointed. We had to wait as they were busy but they gave us pots of food to taste, a nice touch and it was lovely. I had the veg curry rice n' peas and my partner had jerk chicken rice n' peas, dumplings and coleslaw. Food was amazing. Really tasty and filling. I can't wait to go back as I really enjoyed it. What PeteW921 doesn't like about Back-a-yard:
Went here and got jerk chicken and rice because they ran out of curry mutton. I got presented with some kind of children’s boneless box meal of dry break in a spineless jerk sauce. A real disappointment. Worse still, I suspect it’s because the chef on the day had the notion, ‘white people don’t do bones’ stop embarrassing yourself and ask in future.
