Have always loved this pub- it used to be my local so been here many, many a time. First visit back for a few years after friends recently recommended the roast and by god it didn't disappoint. They got three very important things just right- lots of vegetables, big crispy roast potatoes, and enough gravy. Great staff and lovely chilled atmosphere, we will be back! View all feedback.

Lovely cozy little pub and staff are excellent. Heard really good reviews about the Sunday lunch but was a little underwhelmed to be honest. Very small tables so we were a bit squashed but appreciate it is a small, popular pub and it was quite dark so couldn't really see what we were eating.
