Best Gluten Free Pizza. This is real pizza with a genuine pizza base. Often, gluten free means that the base is ok, a bit stiff and not very flavoursome but something to put up with since it's not proper pizza. This pizza base (I had the Funghi) is so similar to regular pizza (and a fantastic version of it) that my dining companion (who's not GF) didn't notice any difference.
