This was my first time back since lock down, I must say I love the new layout of the restaurant. My friend and I drove especially Saturday evening to come the Ramsbottoms as we don't live locally, it was well worth the drive. The quality was as I remembered, beautifully cooked large cod and chips with a generous portion of mushy peas in a separate pot not to reduce the chip portion on the plate. As always I will cont... What Graeme B doesn't like about Ramsbottoms:
I ordered take away medium cod chips. The cod was excellent, succulent and crispy batter, but there were way too many ' 'small chips ' ' and crispy bits of chips. I 've eaten in the restaurant that was a different story, so maybe they palmed me off as I was taking away. View all feedback.
