the formula is quite simple but awesome. all they can imagine (or choose a huge menu mixed and put in a milkshake. Dreadful. 15 minutes to buy two kids milkshakes. We walked and it was empty. Lots of people came in afterwards. They were all served. No milkshakes after 15 minutes. Dreadful. Completely incompetent. What makes this worse, as one person is making the milkshakes while the other one seems to be playing the accordion on the till.
