What basubutcher likes about Shan Tandoori:
Always very friendly service and quick to prepare. Very accommodating especially for vegan diet. Food is good, my wife loves the chicken goa curry. Could do with a few more authentic dishes (not just catering for brits view of Indian. Otherwise 5 star. . However, they do have large menu and good range of starters and sides. Portions are huge so good value. View all feedback.
What Peter F doesn't like about Shan Tandoori:
I've had some nice curries from this place near me but I've heard that very many Indian takeaways don't use lamb in their curries but substitute other meats. I am absolutely certain that my lamb Ceylon that I had the other day was beef (very nice... but the dishonesty). Where is the checking procedure? Pete (Mile Oak) View all feedback.
