I went to this pub with my husband's family for Sunday roast in the summer, choosing it based on the great reviews it's had for the roasts. To be honest I wasn't sure what all the fuss is about. The food was ok but there wasn't much veg and not a lot of gravy and we had to wait ages. The pub itself isn't anything special, it's got low ceilings and is a bit dark.
