"I was on pilgrimage to St. Maximin in mid-november and my whole trip was guided even to the point of visiting this unique restaurant. I was travelling alone and Olivier made me most welcome. I was delighted when he could speak English as my French was pretty poor. We had a good chat and I sampled his excellent food which was delicious; needless to say I went back the following evening for more and met friends who I I will go and see again. A wonderful find and surely one of the best in St. Maximin. Olivier takes great pride in preparing his dishes with lots of little details."

"A small nugget in a small village of ProvenceThe welcome is warm and relaxed the efficient but most important service is what is in the plate .... Happiness, small organic salad and fresh with truffle in lamelles, the meat of Monsieur and melts very fresh fish and dessert to the top. Just the decor of the minimalist interior room."
