Le Viet Nam from Brioude Menu

What User doesn't like about Le Viet Nam:
What a disappointment. Was looking forward to eat Vietnamese food in Brioude at the end of a lovely day…but never again. This is NO Vietnamese food! I was in Vietnam before and I’m cooking myself. The dish I got had no eastern herbs in it, the meat was overcooked and chewy. So disappointing read more.

In Brioude, traditional meals are prepared in the kitchen of Le Viet Nam with original Asian spices tasty, Furthermore, the visitors love the creative combination of different dishes with new and partially experimental products - a nice example of successful Asian Fusion.

I highly recommend this restaurant, the decoration is pretty. The food is great. We are never disappointed every time we go.

"We got out of the A75 and followed the recommendations to get to this restaurant. A very nice discovery: friendly reception and fast service. We chose the meat menu (13.5€ Iberian pork pins so tender 2 craft ice balls and coffee. Nothing to say was perfect! Support this beautiful team that works good products and treats us!"
