I ordered the beef vindaloo around 5.30 pm. The curry was almost watery in its consistency. I love my Indian food but have never experienced that before. Were they adding water to the bain marie to keep it moist and overdid things? The beef ranged between chewy and acceptable. The rice was terrible- it must have been siting there for hours.
