We stayed at Capri and I was really excited to try Asana. Hubby ordered the pork belly and it was perfect. Crunchy crackle and beautifully juicy slow cooked pork. I had the macadamia nut crusted chicken with kale slaw. It was delicious, chicken was a tiny bit dry but you get that with breast.
