Given the sprawling complex rooms of Grand Central Hotel, sure .. the quiet arty-historic-renovated “Dining Car” wing deserves its own TA review! Worth the curious find as could enjoy my beer, watch rugby, and relax in less-loud environment. Perfect drink dining area for couples or business meetings .. can talk and listen at normal volume. What Tristian Swift doesn't like about Grand Central Hotel:
Booked for a party of 8 on a Sunday. We turned up on time, but there was no setting for us. Apparently they lost the booking. Staff hastily threw some tables together and we took our seats. After 10 minutes of waiting no staff had returned to even take drinks orders, so we left for another venue. Things might be better on a weekday but avoid on weekends. View all feedback.
