I don’t come here anywhere near as often as I used to, but stopped in for a pot of tea and eggs on toast with my two year old recently.It’s still just as good as it always been, and the ambience is as good as you’re going to get for somewhere on Ipswich Road. Midday visit, funky with retro 50's laminated tables, no ambience big mistake, warm water in dodgy plastic cups, very busy and noisy traffic making it dusty, angry to find absolutely no fans or air conditioning, place like an oven.Lukewarm coffees served, my friend not very happy, as cannot understand why she should have to make a point of ordering a hot coffee.
