there is nothing better than a good Australian pub meal. hotel west end in the 10 browning street is no exception. they have recently refurbished, so that the it area is a little fantastic – but definitiw is not overpriced as some are pubros! we sat outside and saw the west end, which was pleasant. Service was slow despite being almost empty. Food was average. Staff member was friendly. Ordered the pesto chicken for $19. Chicken was bland, pesto sauce had only a slight pesto flavour. Pumpkin and feta salad contained 3 small pieces of pumpkin and what appeared to be a single cube of feta crumbled over the top. Overall a very average and overpriced meal.
