Kfc Carindale - Brisbane

The experience at this restaurant was very disrespectful. Two female patrons were using inappropriate language without a care in the world. When someone spoke up and brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, the manager simply looked the person up and down without saying a single word, not even an apology. The outdoor dining area was disappointing and filthy, with dirty tables and rubbish scattered everywhere. After reading numerous reviews from others who have had similar experiences, it is clear that something needs to be done to improve the situation. The food was terrible, with extremely stale and cold chips that tasted as if they had been taken straight from the fridge and eaten raw. Date of visit: Saturday, September 23rd, between 8:30pm and 9pm.

It was a truly exceptional experience. I stopped by the restaurant on my way home tonight at 8:30pm with my kids. While waiting, along with several other customers, we witnessed two young female staff members arguing in the kitchen in full view of the customers, using expletives. I expressed my concern to the Manager on duty, but he dismissed me and walked away. This was one of the craziest incidents I have witnessed in any kind of restaurant. I doubt Collins Foods, or the owner if it's a franchised store, would be pleased with this behavior.

During my visit to KFC, I was met with a terrible atmosphere. The ground was littered with rubbish and the outside area was covered in leaves and dirt. The toilet had a broken seat and a strong odor of feces. Additionally, there were some ladies in the back using inappropriate language towards me and other customers. When a man requested to speak to the manager about the situation, he was not given any respect or apology. Upon returning home and opening my zinger box, I found cold, stale chips and freezing potatoes and gravy. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience and wish this place would be closed down.

This is ridiculous! this kfc has given us half our order so many times... this time we went back to get the rest of the order and they said they would give us extra and low and behold they give us less than we ordered! dopes! hopeless and dont answer their phone.

Extremely poor wait times. Cold food and bad customer service by the girl out front. Wanted to sit in a table but all were completely covered in dirt and crumbs. Would always rather go to another KFC after this experience.
