We had a staff team building lunch with Katrina and the team at golden pig and It was exceptional. The format of us doing entrées and them doing the mains is really clever. It allowed us all to work together cooking, learning a new skill and then we were able to sit back, relax and enjoy our creations followed by their yummy mains. The flavours were out of this world. What Olo Montanari doesn't like about The Golden Pig Food & Wine School:
We arrived on a Monday without the knowledge that the cafe closed at 12.00 and sadly it was 10 mins to. We were told that we could still order in the next 10 mins but not all the menu was available. Feeling slightly rushed I ordered 2 coffees and a vegetarian & a duck toastie. The coffee seemed as if it had been made in a rush as it was slightly cold and I have definitely had better.
