We came before going to see the bodyguard musical and what a night it became!! The musical was awesome and we got in the theme of it and went to the walnut restaurant for their pre theatre menu which was delicious across the board (11 guests). Two courses at 49 was an absolute steal considering great food, service and the beautiful wood finish interior.....quite fancy View all feedback.

My friends and I had an average experience here, we enjoyed some dishes and some dishes were below average. Luckily, we booked through dimmi and received 50% off food bill. We felt that all the dishes were quite under seasoned for our palate, we ordered the duck salad, salmon salad and blue cheese soufflé for entree. The salmon was delicious and probably the highlight dish for me. Mains we ordered the lamb rump, spat... View all feedback.
Located opposite the Botanical Gardens and the Royal on the Park Hotel, this restaurant caught my eye during The Fork's 50% promotion. With numerous positive Google reviews, my expectations were high and I was not disappointed. The food we sampled was truly exceptional, with generous portion sizes. The duck breast and horseradish is especially recommended. While service may be a bit slow due to the restaurant's high quality, the wait is well worth it. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I will definitely be returning.
I enjoyed the casual ambiance and welcoming service at this restaurant. I will definitely be returning in the future.
My husband, my sister and I had dinner here 25/10/2020, the food was AMAZING and so the employees with whom we interacted were huge scream on our server I think his name was William) best service I had in a long time!!
Date night place indeed. Critics who think there is no better way to make gnocchi, you haven't tried this place. Courtesy was extended all along from reservation till exit. Looks can be deceiving in terms of quantity as the food is quite heavy. Food really tastes good and the decor reminds you of being in the continental (John wick).
The setting is traditional, mahogany with very comfortable seatings. The service were flawless, friendly, accommodating and professional. Our dinners were well prepared, delicious very traditional foods. If you love traditional foods eg. Steak or fish, etc. Then you would have a great experience here.
