The staff have no idea of the 3 courses for £14.40 deal and have to show them on the app but was quickly sorted. Did have to pay a £2 surcharge for minute steak which was not mentioned in the The Fork festival x Carluccio's special menu so minor bump. Great value overall View all feedback.

A bad experience. The service was extremely slow, took over 1 hour to get our food. The food was really dry. My girlfriend also had a upset stomach after having the lamb. Will not be going back. View all feedback.
They obviously suffering from lack of staff like many establishments. However, this was acknowledged and we received a discount without asking which we felt was adequate compensation. The food was good as always.
Nice feel to the place today, good atmosphere. Our waiter was brilliant, only a young lad, but was polite, engaging, helpful, just a really nice guy working hard.

Service was good even though they seemed under staffed. Food very nice ordered from st menu which is good value
It was ok, nothing awful but not the lovely lunch I had hoped for. Service was polite enough and not too slow. We were hungry but didn’t finish meals as they were all a little dull.
