We had to wait ages for our food even though it was not that busy. It was almost 2 hours between sitting down and our main course arriving. Perhaps the effect of getting through most of the wine before the food arrived coloured our views but we thought the food was expensive for what it was and no better than a half decent gastro pub. It definitely is not a patch on what it was a few years ago when we last visited. read more.
