read morePinkman's bakery in Bristol offers a variety of vegan options, including avocado on toast and vegan chocolate cake. While the limited vegan options are indisputably delicious, some customers find the menu lacking variety. The ambiance of the bakery is great, with communal tables creating a welcoming environment. Despite some mixed reviews on the freshness of the bread and sweetness of certain dishes, Pinkman's remains a popular choice for those seeking a decent brunch in Bristol. The focus on vegan options, such as vegan pizza, tagine, and sandwiches, sets Pinkman's apart as a go-to spot for vegan-friendly meals in the area. Overall, Pinkman's bakery is praised for its delicious food and friendly staff, making it a must-visit for those looking for a diverse range of vegan offerings in Bristol.
