I was picking up a door dash order .The guy filling the drinks. ran out side twice with out a to go oder. waited about 10 min to fill drinks(3) of them and still had to ask for a tray for the cups. View all feedback.

We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered two meals and one drink. We were asked to pull around to wait. We waited 20 minutes! Cars were lined up around the building waiting for food. Finally, my husband went inside to ask for our money back and was told our food was coming. Another 5 minutes later, we finally got it. This Zaxbys hasn't had their act together since they opened, but this was ridiculous! View all feedback.
Absolutely love this place. Have recently had the one at the falls and it simply doesn’t compare. Worth the extra drive for the food.
One of the few places that I actually go in and sit down to enjoy lunch cuz it's always a good experience in my the food's amazing
