Had read mixed reviews so wanted to try it myself. Was not dissatisfied. The ordering system in the restaurant is on the screen very easy and it clearly lists what is cold or hot so no confusion. You collect your order and there is enough seating. The pork rib hotpot with spice level 3 was perfect. You also get a qr code with money on it to use next time. read more.

The worst meal I’ve had in Bristol in the 18 months I’ve been working here. The fried meat dumplings were greasy and the ‘meat’ had the texture of spam but without as much flavour. The topping on the chicken noodle hotpot looked more like mechanically reclaimed meat than minced chicken.
