What rollermum likes about Costa Coffee:
When I went the 3 times over the week the manager was by herself due to staff being away or ill. Nothing was too much trouble, she was bubbly and chatty with everyone didn’t matter she was on her own, a great asset to the business, unlike the weekend staff who were sat on the counter texting on the phone total opposite. What Graham L doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
We had a family party of 5. Pretty full, two tables for 2 not adjacent. Very noisy as everyone was shouting to be heard. Back of the shop was empty, ideal as I have hearing disability where noise is painful and causes problems with exposure. Obviously pensioners, despite that, can't go in the back the section is closed. So we have to leave. Thanks Costa. Expected better than that. read more.
