great eating and hot drinks. especially recommend their thick, rich hot chocolate. but the best of them is certainly the personal who are always friendly, friendly and attentive. View all feedback.

What jayedgo doesn't like about Rubicon:
The staff were all wearing earphones/earbuds (even as I ordered) and were not appropriately dressed. The crockery was broken so my tea spilled over the table all this I could have forgiven as they are quite friendly if it were not for the swearing as one member of staff yelled at his girlfriend down the phone, calling her some very nasty names. Very unpleasant atmosphere. I won't be returning. View all feedback.
