Good value fish and chips served just how you want it! One of the best in Bristol! Often get the £5.59 fish and chips as this is about enough for two hungry hum...

Love the food and love the staff. Recommend this fish and chip shop to anyone been eating here for years. Excellent location.

This is a proper chip shop! Been going here since I was a nipper. Steve and his family offer many dishes alongside the traditional fish and chips! Brilliant!

We have used this takeaway on many occasions, but we do try to avoid the CHIPS, the rest of the food is not to bad just average English fish and chip shop food....

Chip butty £1.40 for a handfull of chips disapointed most llaces give u a bag of chips with the roll not oh because u got a roll u get less chips

"At a weekend visit to Bristol we were nearby and were lucky enough to have nice weather outside this place to eat brunch. The staff was helpful and well adapted to be my salad putta vegan (I think by falafels instead of egg). It seemed a good value, the food was tasty (we eat a lot of falafels so are quite fussy) and plentiful, and the view of the park was nice so that it was quite close... Updated from the previous review on 2022 05 31"

"Trip with my wife to the UK. Stayed in Bath for a couple days. Unfortunately we found Cappadocia on our final night in town. I say unfortunately because we would have had more than one meal here if we had discovered it sooner! Upon walking up there was nobody sitting outside. We asked the staff if we could sit at one of the tables on the sidewalk. They immediately set a table for us (it was a colder night than people here like I guess? The lighting and the sound of the Avon flowing across the street was simply lovely. Our server Baris was incredible. In tune with our every need. We split a meal of lamb and chicken shish. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked flawlessly. Upon finishing our meal Baris brought us each an amaretto digestif and some Turkish delight on the house. I can’t recommend Cappadocia highly enough. Anyone visiting Bath should make a point to come here, and if I was a local I’d be in once a month at the absolute least!"

"This coffee shop makes the best coffee I’ve ever had and the staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome they’ve started doing takeaway in the lockdown but they’ve been there every day just to help everyone else get through the lockdown. Their food coffee is amazing So when you get the time pop in and pick up a takeaway"

"One of the best restaurants of bath. very surprised to see that there is not a Michelin star as it is on this standard with eating and service. some of the dishes were very inventive and not their usual “modern French cuisine” that made it refreshing. it was also a nice note that the cook come to deliver some of the dishes and talk about them. certainly made the whole experience more personal."

"I’d heard that Tare was one of the best values for fine dining in Bristol, but I think that sells the restaurant short. It’s a gem in it’s own right and needs no context to be appreciated. I thought that the wine pairings were pretty inspired and the food was not only beautiful but delicious as well."
