I visited this cinema even the personal was friendly and helpful. I was on screen two. the room was neat, I could say that it was clean after the previous viewing, but I was wearing there visibly sticky footprints of possibly a spiked drink. The burger seemed to have been cooked the day before and reheated in the microwave, so I returned it and got a chicken burger, which tasted just as bad. read moreAt Studio One Restaurant and Bar in Bristol, the experience varies significantly, influenced largely by staff interactions and food quality. While the Directors Lounge offers comfort and a great viewing experience, patrons have reported inconsistencies in service and meal preparation, with complaints of lukewarm dishes and inadequate timing, leading to delays for cinema showings. Positive mentions include friendly staff and a clean environment, yet negative experiences related to service demeanor and food temperature detract from the overall appeal. Despite these challenges, the venue remains a popular spot for a meal before a film, with loyal customers appreciating its ambiance.
