What TNI132 doesn't like about The Burger Joint:
Awful customer service, listed an item they didn't have then cancelled our order with effectively no warning. Called twice the space of literally 1 minute while on the loo and then had a go for not answering in time when I called back to ask why. Straight up lied about the numer of times and how long they gave us to answer. Apparently unaware that phones log the time calls are recieved and how many were made! View all feedback.
