Staff sloppily prepare the food, for example not putting enough cheese on the food so the topside ends up hard and burnt instead of soft and cheesy. -UPDATE- New management at this store has made all the difference, the food is almost always perfect now, and the staff are courteous and helpful. read more.

Nina who says she?s the manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After calling 3 times she answered the phone and when I said I was calling for a request on my order she said ?what do you want?. I said I wanted extra Alfredo sauce on my pasta and she mentioned it?s no an option in which this isn?t the first time I have requested that. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.
