What Melissa Navarrete doesn't like about Starbucks:
Avoid this Starbucks. Most convenient sbux in bristow, but I have received my order wrong so many times, or I order on the app and they don't have things when I get there and then I have to literally call sbux to get a refund of items not provided. Customer service is horrible as well. I will start going to the sbux in target instead of this one. View all feedback.

The staff was nice but probably just need some more training on how to make the drinks.
