The website clearly states the restaurant is open until 10pm tonight. Yet when I arrived at the the restaurant at 7:30pm it was to my surprise that it was close...

"The experience at Restaurant Mosaic is amazing! We had the Grand Degustation which is the 8-course menu. We did wine pairing and non-alcoholic pairing. Both options suited the menu perfectly. The food is incredible good as it is so different and it is plated beautifully. Each dish is designed to its beauty. The waiters and the sommeliers know their stuff so made the experience even much better. The only pity is we arrived later so I didn't take pictures of the place."

"What a wonderful experience!This place is truely a gem.Service was friendly and on point and then the food was served...We were 4 people and every dish was outstanding,delicious and looked BEAUTIFUL on the plate.Although the portions were huge and more than enough,I forced myself to try the flourless chocolate cake and was transported to seventh heaven..This is my new favourite restaurant,and I can from our experience highly recommend you try it at least once-you will not be disappointed!"

"I wanted to visit this place long ago and it was not disappointed. let me first talk about the place itself, it's so beautiful, we sat outside with such a great view of the amazing obst garden. now we started eating with the meat plate kudu springbok, which was the experience, it was my first try kudu. we then followed with the cheese plate and obviously they can not go wrong with it, uoh before I forget that I had the aviation gin ryan reynolds to drink delicious. a certain must try and I will visit it again."
