I've been living here for two years. The location is phenomenal. The staff are super prompt in helping me fix things in my apt. My neighbors are really friendly and mature (lots of families in the building . I love the amenities as well. The roof is really spacious and there's a communal space downstairs and a gym (which is relatively empty or quiet . I haven't had any issues yet. Hopefully will renew for another two... This is not a luxury building. Elevator breaks nearly weekly. Raw sewage in other units. Lack of real leadership to ensuring these issues are handling and makes for constant inconveniences. There needs to be serious improvement in management. View all feedback.
