If you’ve been to %Arabica in Japan then you know that this place is a total embarrassment to this amazing brand. Dropped by earlier today. No hello to the customer, no smile, no explanation about the coffee, no nothing. I then ordered an ice latte and the guy made it in a hot coffee cup instead of the transparent iced coffee one.
