Where other hot dog stands charge 4 dollars a hot dog, Billy only charges 2 dollars! On top of that, my son got a free drink from Billy. No idea why, most likely because he's just a great guy! Support this man! Not on social media since he said he does nothing with the internet, but just swing by and buy a couple of hot dogs from him! View all feedback.
