Bonsaii Tapas Wine - Broad Channel

What ta ga doesn't like about Bonsaii Tapas Wine:
This tapas bar is tucked, behind a hotel lobby. I cannot explain the high ratings it got other than the friendliness of a waiter to a lonely guest that is far away from home. Very slow service. Waiter, who is was the barwomen in a different room, came once in a while to the restaurant dining room to serve other guests, but otherwise, no waiters were present in the room. Bread was not fresh.
