Driver tried to run me, my girlfriend, and our 8 year old off the road In NYC. Driver must have been high on something because he was screaming at us telling us to stop following him. Meanwhile, he was also trying to ram in to other vehicles in the road. Police report was filed as everything was on dash cam. 7/29/2018 View all feedback.
